The Lafomed Premium Line LFSS12AA LCD is a white autoclave with a 12 L chamber and LCD display. A USB port allows cycle results to be saved to a data carrier, while the built-in clean-water tank and used-water tank support routine operation. The used-water tank can drain from the front or rear of the unit.

The autoclave machine provides programmes for 134°C uniform, porous and hollow loads, plus 121°C uniform, porous and hollow loads, and a 135°C prion programme. It also includes cleaning, vacuum test and Bowie & Dick / Helix test programmes. The 134°C uniform programme has a 7-minute cycle time after heating. Preheating and heat-maintenance functions are included, alongside drying-time control and 1–10 vacuum repetitions.
All user-programme parameters are adjustable. Time control ranges from 4–60 min, while the maximum operating temperature is 137°C and maximum operating pressure is 0.21–0.23 MPa. Design pressure is –0.1 / 0.27 MPa. The safety valve set pressure is 0.24 MPa, with an opening pressure of 0.24 MPa–0.26 MPa. A self-diagnosis system and double door-locking system are included.
