Is repair always free?
Not always. It depends on the situation:
- Under warranty and a manufacturing defect? Repair is free of charge.
- Defect caused by your own use? Repair is possible for a fee — you will receive a cost estimate in advance.
- Normal wear and tear? Parts that wear through regular use are not covered by the warranty.
Why am I receiving a quotation?
You will receive a quotation if user damage has been found, the warranty has expired, or in the case of normal wear and tear. You then have three options:

- Decline, product returned — you pay €39.95 inspection costs and receive your product back.
- Decline, product not returned — no costs; your product will be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.
Can I submit a request if I am not a customer?
Yes, you can — as long as the product is part of our range.
Do you also sell separate spare parts or accessories?
Many parts — such as castors, armrests, filters or dust bags — are available on request, even if they are not listed separately in the webshop.
Contact us by email with your order number (or the product type) and the part you need, and we will look into it with our supplier.
