Refund policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason.

Return conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
• Personalised or made-to-measure products cannot be returned.

Return costs

• Furniture and large items (treatment chairs, washbasins, etc.): return costs of € 150 excl. VAT with the original box and pallet. Without the original box and pallet: special transport including repacking is not available for delivery addresses in Ireland; you provide a suitable box and pallet yourself, and we collect for € 150 excl. VAT and deduct € 90 excl. VAT for the missing original packaging.
• Other products: free returns within 14 days.

Refunds

• Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
• Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
