The head has moving arms with 215° vertical movement and a rotating design for directing light over the work area. Four joints on the arm allow the frame position to be adjusted, and the base rotates through 360°. A semi-transparent panel diffuses the LED light. The touch panel offers five levels for colour temperature and intensity, plus stepless adjustment.

An integrated sensor can automatically set the light intensity according to surrounding brightness. The light colour ranges from 3000-6500 K and the light output is 1200-1340 lm. The clamp operates like a vice and has a maximum opening of 6.3 cm. The power cable is 2 m long. Glow L03 operates at 24 W, with 24 V lamp input and 220-240 V input voltage.
