The Lafomed Standard Line LFSS08AA LED is a Class B medical autoclave with an 8 L chamber, LED display and integrated thermal printer. It has six fully automatic programmes: four sterilisation programmes plus Vacuum Test and Bowie & Dick / Helix Test. The shortest programme, including drying, takes 8 min.

The automatic programmes include 134°C universal, 134°C solid, 121°C solid and 121°C universal cycles. Time control ranges from 4–60 min, drying time from 1–25 min and vacuum repetitions from 1–10 times. Maximum operating temperature is 137°C, maximum operating pressure is 0.24 MPa and design pressure is -0.1 / 0.27 MPa. The safety valve set pressure is 0.24 MPa, with an opening pressure of 0.24–0.26 MPa.
This autoclave machine includes tanks for clean distilled water and used water, with front drainage for the used-water tank. A self-diagnosis system and double door-locking system are included. The thermal printer uses thermal paper and does not require ink. The chamber has a diameter of 17 cm and a depth of 29 cm, and is made from 304 stainless steel.
