Looking for professional sanding caps for detailed pedicure and manicure work? These blue Exo sanding caps have a 13 mm diameter and a fine 220 grit. The pack contains 20 sanding caps for work on the skin and metatarsal area. The caps are intended for use on a carrier and suit pedicure, manicure and podiatry treatments.

• Professional sanding caps
• 20 blue caps per pack
• 13 mm cap diameter
• Fine 220 grit
• Cosmetic corundum abrasive
• Composite Hard Cap core
• Maximum speed: 10,000 rpm

The fine 220 grit is intended for final surface smoothing. Cosmetic corundum provides the abrasive surface, while the composite Hard Cap core forms the cap construction. The blue sanding caps are waterproof and designed to remain securely fitted to a carrier during use. Their 13 mm format is suitable for working across larger skin areas as well as for finishing work during pedicure, manicure and podiatry treatments.

For use, the sanding cap is pressed onto a carrier before treatment. The cap should be checked for a secure fit while the carrier rotates. For 13 mm sanding caps, operation must not exceed 10,000 rpm. This speed limit supports stable use of the cap with the carrier during skin work.

These pedicure sanding caps are supplied in a pack of 20 and weigh 0.03 kg. The fine abrasive grade makes them a practical choice when the work calls for final smoothing rather than coarse removal. After use, the used cap is discarded and a new cap can be fitted to the carrier for the next treatment.

Choose Exo sanding caps when a 13 mm, fine-grit abrasive cap is required for pedicure, manicure or podiatry work. The pack combines 220 grit, cosmetic corundum and a composite Hard Cap core in a blue format for professional treatment routines.
