One section lifts to form a manually adjustable backrest for seated or semi-seated positioning. The adjustable headrest can be positioned in two planes and removed when using the face cut-out. A plug is included to cover the cut-out. Removable armrests and a front arm shelf offer additional positioning options, while metal cables stabilise the frame structure.
